The free eyeglasses giveaway will be held in the long term.

How to use the voucher?

The voucher should be used up every single time which is sufficient to buy a whole pair of eyeglasses; and it cannot be used to pay for the courier charge (i.e.$4.95 within U.S.; for other countries, please refer to “help“) which should be your own responsibility;

How to know if you have won our voucher?

You can check your mail box (including spam) to see if you have won the voucher. However, due to the regional differences, some customers may receive the emails a little later. You will be informed of the lucky draw results via corresponding email no matter you have won or not. If you haven’t received our email, you can send an email to service@firmoo.com to enquire the lucky draw results and we will reply you within 24 hours.

Voucher validity

The voucher will be valid for 10 days as of the day when the code are published.

Introduction of the voucher

Each voucher shall be used up by a single person for a single time and it can not be used to pay for the postage.

Return & Refund

All the free eye glasses are not eligible for the free exchange, if you are not happy with you glasses purchased with the voucher, we can return the actual amount you have paid on the product according to the return policy. The shipping cost is not returnable. (Learn return policy).
